The Traveling Saleslady Announces Partnership with Junior Achievement of Orange County & Inland Empire
Orlando, FL, May 15, 2025 – The Traveling Saleslady, a brand dedicated to supporting professional salespeople who travel for work, is excited to announce its partnership with Junior Achievement of Orange County & Inland Empire (JA OCIE). Through this collaboration, The Traveling Saleslady will donate $1 to JA OCIE for every copy sold of Bedbug in a Mug: When Mom’s Away, a heartfelt children’s book by Deanna L. Vigliotta, released in May 2025.
The book helps young children navigate the emotions of having a parent away for work travel while reinforcing resilience and understanding. This initiative directly supports JA OCIE’s mission, vision, & values of preparing young people to succeed in a global economy, better understanding how the world works, and nurturing the power of partnership and collaboration.
“We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Eric Goodman, a dedicated philanthropist and board member of Junior Achievement of Orange County & Inland Empire (JA OCIE), for his unwavering commitment to inspiring the next generation.
With every Bedbug in a Mug: When Mom’s Away book purchased, $1 will be donated to JA OCIE, helping students gain the financial and entrepreneurship skills and confidence they need to succeed in life,” said Deanna L. Vigliotta, founder of The Traveling Saleslady.
A seasoned sales professional, Vigliotta is also the National Sales Manager for Seni USA, where her passion for sales is fueled by improving the quality of life for those in need of premium continence care products. She has dedicated her career to fostering meaningful relationships and providing solutions that truly make a difference.
In addition to her latest children’s book, Vigliotta is the author of The Traveling Saleslady Meets Live Bedbugs, Sales Tips Galore for Road Warriors, which blends her extensive sales experience with engaging stories and actionable sales strategies.
“We are excited to partner with The Traveling Saleslady, as our missions align in the spirit of entrepreneurship and creating a positive impact on today’s young people. Through this collaboration, we are empowering young people with the confidence and skills they need to thrive,” said Burgandie Onekea, Regional Vice President and Executive Director of JA OCIE.
With this partnership, The Traveling Saleslady and JA OCIE are working together to ensure young students have the resources and education necessary to develop entrepreneurial and financial literacy skills, setting them up for success in life and business.
